How we Grow our Mushrooms

We grow all our mushrooms on a mixture of hardwood and wheat bran. We use heat to sterilize this growing media and good clean growing practices to keep our mushrooms mold and disease free. We use no chemicals apart to grow our mushrooms just good old Texan air and water.
