
Ingredients
- 1lb Lion's Mane mushroom or the thick stem from golden oyster, cut into ½ inch thick slices.
 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
 - 1 clove of garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional: 1 tablespoon soy sauce or steak seasoning
 
Preparation
- Clean the mushroom by brushing off dirt.
 - Heat butter/oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Cook mushroom slices for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add minced garlic, cook for 2-3 more minutes or until the mushroom is golden brown.
 - Season with salt, pepper, and optional soy sauce or seasoning. Cook for an additional minute.
