We make our jerky using a rotating mix of our gourmet species:

  • Lion’s Mane for its meaty texture and subtle seafood notes
  • Blue and Golden Oyster Mushrooms for a balanced, savory base
  • Pink Oyster for a lighter, aromatic touch

Each batch uses what’s freshest and most abundant from our grow rooms.


🔥 How It’s Made

Our process keeps the ingredient list short and the flavor long-lasting:

  1. Slice fresh mushrooms and marinate them in small batches
    — soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and local honey form the base.
  2. Dehydrate slowly at low temperature to lock in nutrients and chew.
  3. Season lightly after drying to balance salt and umami.
  4. Pack airtight to preserve freshness without added preservatives.
